In a trust created by our forefathers in 1901
one of the trustees misappropriated trust fund in year 1988 and in complete violation of Calcutta High Court orders and directions.
I have full documentary evidence in support of my claim.
1.Can I file criminal case under section 420 and 406 now for breach of trust, or now it is time barred.

1. You can file criminal complaint within one year from the date you have come learn about the cheating. If it was recently known that cheating act has surfaced and has come to your knowledge then you can file such a complaint despite the fact that the actual cheating was done in 1988.
