hello sir, Sorry for not clarifying all that,
My qury:-
A person make a will and died before two years. Now my client want to challenge that will. Is any Limitation of time apply to him under limitation act? Also clarify how much time is with him to Go to the court for challenging the will.

will can b challenged at any time,when ever a dispute arise in b/w the heirs of the testator or the parties to the will.or when ever a right accrued to any one with reference to the property concerned.and if will comes under the term 'instruments' then u can go by article-59 of lim.Act.
