You have down load from concerned. State commecial tax depatment site and with necessery security deposit pay order with proof of your buisnees with partnership agreement or mou for pvt or ltd. With director or partnerns detail with proof of idendity and adress proof. With indroducing letter by two known business people those who are come under same assessment cirlce. With EB xerox copy
