help help ..regarding my last query of fraud in LDC Clerk typing test exam
sir today ...i had gone to tis hazari court..and met with public information officer, tis hazari court...and gave a application to him...but i am shocked when he said that..more than 5000 students have given this application but he is bound to give us information..i,e,. he will not give us the required information about like copy of answer sheet..and marks sheet etc..he will just said no and said meet me after 30 days....he cant do so...and now i am helpless ....plz advice me again what i should i do now..

Dear Mr.Saurabh Saxena,
You should have asked him to confirm the same in writing and sought the acknowledgement and it is upto him to supply the information within the stipulated time.

If your question is specific, the PIO has to give reply. Wait for his reply and file appeal in case of non-compliance as well as non-provision of info sought for.

The system will be transparent only if people like you take the initiative to bell the cat!
To get the Minister post or even Peon post everywhere the Caste/Family/Money devils play the role.
Certain sect of the people enjoy the postings at Govt/Railway/Port Trusts/Banks for generations together. Unless there is a transparency in recruitment, these things cannot be avoided.
