Learned Advocates please help me to sort out the below problems
My grandmother purchased some property with the financial help of my father and later she made a registered Settlement deed in favour of my father and she admitted that she received financial help from my father for the purchased of the property and in the said deed settlement deed she all right, interest, title to my father, and my father sold a part of the said property to someone…
Now my questions are as follows,
1. Now the property is considered as self-acquired property of my father or not?
2. Now the person who purchased a part of property needs to get consent from the legal heirs of my father?
Thanks in advance

Questioned property is absolutely your father's self acquired and clear title of property vests on him.no need to take NOC from legal heirs.

Your father can dispose off his own property in the manner he likes without obtaining NOC of any person.
