Title after cancellation of sale deed

Dear sir,
My query is like, A is a land lord , executed Registered GPA in favor of B, B done ploting and and sold to different people, C has also purchased plot paying full sale consideration through Registered Sale Deed. Later on B was unable to give possesion, Hence the Sale deed was cancelled(Registered) in presence both B & C. Now, A is intending to sell the same plot again. Who is leagal title holder of said said.

The plot was purchased by C but B & C canceled the transaction. So now A who is the landlord can sell the plot as the plot remained unsold due to cancelation by B&C.

A is entitled / competent for transfer of title of subject property through sale, gift or any other mode to any person of his / her choice.

Since sale deed in favour of "c" has been cancelled so "A" became again absolute owner of plot and he got title and every right to transfer the plot through sale , gift or other mode as per his wish.

Your query is not clear as to how a "sale deed" which is stated to be "cancelled" can be retained ??
Sale deed is already become invalid and non-est, which cannot be revieved by B & C.
