A women had a house in her village panchayat limits with clear title in her favour, she has 3 sons & 2 daughters, she proposed to sell away the property. Purchaser demanding signatures of her family members as witnesses as the purchaser doubts about legal complications to be created by her family members. Sale without family members involvement is possible and valid under law or not???///

If the said property is her self acquired property, then in that case sale can be easily completed without her family member and will be very much valid and legal. However if the said property is her ancestral property then in that case, the sale without family members will not be legal and all family member shall be made party to the said document in order to avoid any future dispute and claim.
