Title on ancestral property

(Querist) 25 January 2023 This query is : Resolved
Sirs,
Mother converted to islam from hinduism left behind immovable property of her mother both are no more. The property of her mother is lying unclaimed.

Whether the grand children (who are muslims after the conversion of their mother) are entitled to get the property under specific relief act or any other relevant act ?

If at all it is possible, which succession act will be applicable for the transfer of such property ?

Mother's religion would not come to the children of her first husband. The religion of her children will come under the religion of their father. I think Indian Succession Act will apply to such children.

Who is in possession/occupation of the property? Were the grandchildren/children born prior to her conversion?

Facts, as posted, are confusing. Or is it that the situation is imaginary?
