My Grandfather Late Devibabu had three sons. Late Gori Sanker, Late Sitaram and shiv babu.
We are three legal heirs of Late Gori Sanker.
Very recently I , while searching records of Block Revenue Department found that a plot of land is existing in the name of my father Late Gori Sanker which previously belong to my grand father. Now can we three legal heirs sale the plot without the consent of my two uncles or their heirs as the plot alone stands in the name of my father in Block Revenue officers records.
We dont know that how grand fathers property
got transfered in the name of my father alone . My grandfather has made no WILL.

It would be difficult to form an opinion in the absence of knowledge regarding title of the property in the name of your grandfather and then devolving upon your father, show available documents to a local lawyer and seek his professional services for proper guidance, advise and proceedings.

How and when the plot came in the hands of your father? Try to search the records to avoid any future complication.

Mere revenue records will not confer title, the title deed or documents to be verified and supported for such an activity. Search for one and show that to the local lawyer and take his opinion about your entitlement.
