To become a co - associate to the pp

Can I approach the Court to become a co - associate to the PP for questioning the accused and the witnesses in the criminal case filed by me in the Court. If so on what grounds and under which section.

This would be called as Intervene Petition Or Impleading Petition and if you are the petitioner Side Advocate you could very well do it with out it as Well.The Term mentioned as Co associate to PP is Legally wrong.

if you are complainant or his lawyer you can c4ross the accused.
