I want to file a petition in allahabad high court against an interim order paased by lower court in a section 13 case. Pease guide about the procedure of filing a case. Please also tell in which section this writ petition should be filed?. Please also tell stay application should be moved under which section. Please also share the format of the petition.

If you are not knowing how to express your problem her for which you are seeking clarification you may not be able to understand the provisions of law even if it is explained in detail, hence better shed your ego and approach your own lawyer who will be able to guide you properly about filing revision petition against the order passed by trial court in the IA which aggrieved you.
