Sr when I was in final yr of my graduation I got a govt job (which needed only my H.S. not graduation )two months before my final examination .All my college classes were completed till then but for the exam i have only taken leave for exam purpose from school and in my monthly report which was submitted to the school inspector where my leave has shown correctly ,he accepted that so please tell me was this sufficient for validation of my degree course .can I use my degree certificate to get other jobs

you were also required to take permission of the deptt to continue study. deptt still has the discretion to give ex-post facto permission and record the qualification in service record.
you have not indicated what is the view of the administration.

Your graduate degree, if duly granted by a University, requires no further validation fro any authority, including the employer. You can request the Head of Office to incorporate the additional qualification in the service record. You may submit clarification of the circumstances, if sought.

On receipt of degree, request the department to incorporate the same in your record. If department refuse, represent replying the grounds of refusal.
