to know about daughter right in property

We are 2 sisters and one brother , one sister and brother are in police and elder sister engineer
We have land and home in uttar Pradesh , my mother and father broke up and my mother stay with brother . now land is on rent so money goes to father and property is ancestral in nature . all three are not married and he is not willing to spend or share any money which he get from rent of land it . and threatened us that he will give all property to trust .
Please advice what is the share each have or daughters will get some share or not .

If it is ancestral property, as claimed by you, then all three of you two sisters and one brother, are entitled to demand and get 1/4th share each. For this you have to first send a registered letter to your Father asking him to partition the property. In case he does not do so within a reasonable period, then you have to file a suit for partition.

sir i want to know this also if my father want to sell this property , will we come to know, some procedure is there or we have to keep update about his activities
