Tell your daughter she will not be having status of wife nor legal rights during his lifetime or after his death unless he provides her any property or valuable by himself during his lifetime or after his death by making Will.
The live in relationship are not binding and anytime he can throw her out of his home.
The charges of Rape if you guys try to make against him on false promise of marriage will not sustain in the court as his present marital status as well his having children out of his legal marriage well known to you, so forget that preposition if in your mind.
Your daughter if conceive child from the relationship may not be excepted by the person and he may refuse for providing any maintenance for the child, therefore to secure financial aspect for the child, the name of this person as father in all records should be mentioned. The man is supposed to provide maintenance for his legitimate as well illegitimate children but he's the real father, for that official documents should be there.

Dear LCI Querist Mr. PANKAJ H MEHTA

IT is indeed good to see the query and reply.
You have posted good query.
The threads at LCI are also infested with good for nothing replies like ‘Non-edible fungus growing on decaying wood during rains in forests’ from good for nothing IT’s entities that loiter/stalk with multiple fake ID’s at forums like LCI are no one/nobody but frustrated freemongers ( Mufatkhoras) and litter their daily trademark nuisance, Tamashaa and end up becoming Tamashbeen in their own Tamashaa and are shunted out.
Such good for nothing entities have been advertising at online portals like LCI for ( married) spouses to rush for Live IN ………..relationship and enjoy life…………….and even threads initiated by married spouses that have been in Live IN relationship making further queries……
IT is not easy to prove Bigamy/adultery and such relationship…

For a Father (like you in query); Although child is involved but at the same future of daughter/son is also involved..
Approach in person alongwith elders of the family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned PIP, a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family/Civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and share inputs /show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..
At each location three are some counsels that specialize in such matters and they are well known.
Check for such counsels at LOCAL Family/civil courts, HC, SC……

Just arrange for a meeting of your daughter with a good Psychiatrist of your place with out her knowledge either at your residence or in a common place and the Psychiatrist would take care and better dont inform your daughter that you are taking her to a Psychiatrist and certainly she would refuse to come. Take Care.
