To obtain documents related to a case from the supreme court of india

i wish to know if i can obtain through RTI (right to information) a certified copy of plaint and written statement of a case from the Supreme Court Of India.

we are fighting a case in the small causes court in pune. there is a similar case being fought in the Supreme Court. obtaining copies of plaint and WS, we believe will be quite helpful to us.

in case the said documents cannot be obtained through RTI, than how can we get them.

you wont get copies of plaint and WS . you are not a party to the case

A party to the case can get the copy of plaint. Consult a Supreme Court Lawyer.

Find out the lawyer assigned with the case, request him, if agree get it, otherwise no chance.
