To stop attending police station

I,my brother and my father are booked under the ipc sec 420,its been more than three months since the case is been registered and since the time its registered we are attending the police station for signatures as attendance on every monday i want to know how i can stop this of attending the p.s because we are tired now i have lost my job as well because of this orders.the cops are not even submitting the chargesheet.and me n my family are just being dragged in this case..pls help.

I my brother and my father are booked under the ipc sec 420,34,its been more than 3 months since the the case is registered me n my fly got interim and then anticipatory bail its been now more then 3 months we are attending the police station on every monday for signatures as per order of the court we are now tired and want to stop this procedure bcos of this me and my bro have lost ourour job.i want to know how to stop this so that we can search and join our work.we are just being dragged in this matter even though we dont have any consult with this.pls help.
