To stop family pension

My father is taking family pension after the death of my mother.now I come to know that he had a other family including a 22 years old daughter before the death of my mother. I want to stop him from taking pension.how to proceed please suggest me.

If it is found that your mother is his second wife without divorce from his first wife then you can apply for stopping the pension.

It is supposed you and your family is Hindu.

Whether your mother was first legally wedded wife or your father married your mother without divorce to his first wife (other lady)?

Whether he married present lady after your mothers demise?

Consult local lawyer and discuss in detail.
