Sir
Yesterday night we entered 1BHK room by paying an token amount of 20k.at night we come to know that many problems are there in the home like improper doors.thats why we decided to leave the home morning can we get a token amount back

How did you pay the amount? was it by cheque or by cash?

Any agreement signed or did you get any receipt towards the same?
If you had paid it by cash and no receipt.. then don't ask for money back.. firstly ask for the receipt and then ask for refund.

NOW DEPENDS ON FACTORS LIKE BROKERAGE/ LOSS INCURRED// ETC
