Dear Poonam,
If you think about some serious research, I would like to suggest the following topics to chose one from in consultation with your Guide/ Duirector of Studies:
1) Drawbacks & Flaws of the Constitutional Law that need Proper Redressal
2) Camouflaged Weaknesses of the Constitution of India that cause Subordinate Legislation go haywaire
So, if you are quite serious about the research and a quality research paper you can find a lot of drawbacks in the Constitution of India that aqdversely affect the society through subordinate legislation made due to lack of legal knowledge of the authorities delegated to frame such legislations with the aim --
(i) to save pressure on parliamentary time
(ii) the legislation being too technical or detailed to be suitable for parliamentary consideration
(iii) to deal with rapidly changing or uncertain situations
(iv) to allow for swift action in the case of an emergency.
Due to such circumstances the biases or lack of knowledge of the delegated authorities do work in framing of such legislations go against the provisions of the Constitution that go unnoticed by the Government and consequentupon that certain articles of the Constitution can prove to be just paper horses. If you make proper research you will find several of the Government rules in violation of the Constitution of India/States and PSUs.
You can find majority of huge number of court cases in labour and service laws only on account of such flaws.
