I FILE A CIVIL SUIT AND INJUCTON APPLICATION FOR PROTECT MY AGGRICULTURE LAND , STILL INJUCTION APPLICATION IS PENDING BEFORE COURT, DURING THIS I APPLY FOR A ENTRY OF LEASE PENDENCY NOTICE U/S 52 OF TRANSFER OF PROPERTY ACT IN REVENUE RECORD OF THOSE DISPUTED LAND, BUT THE MAMLATDAR REJECT MY APPLICATION AND ASK ME FOR COURTS STAY ORDER, IN THIS SITUTATION STAY ORDER IS COMPULSORY FOR THAT ENTRY OF LEASE PENDENCY?

In some states you can register the notice of lis-pendnse with Sub registrar. Please specify the state where the property is situated

Revenue entry do not provide ownership unless the civil court decides so better to first get clearance from civil court and then proceed as desired.

In WB there is no such option.
You better seek injunction from court.

Registration of notice is sufficient and no need to make entry in revenue record
