I, TARUN A SHAH HAVE BUY FLAT IN BHAYANDER-MUMBAI FEB"2012. BUT TILL DATED SOCIETY NOT TRASFER FLAT ON MY NAME DUE TO OLD OWNER"S SON MISUSE RS. 100000/-OF SOCIETY FUND.NOW SOCIETY TELL ME PAID RS. 100000/- TO ME FOR TRANSFER OF FLAT ON MY NAME. SO KINDLY SAY THIS IS LEGALY DEMAND FROM SOCEITY. I AM MANY TIME GOING SOCIETY BUT EVERY TIME THEY MAKE NEW EXCUSE AND NOT INTERESTED TO TRANSFER MY FLAT. KINDLY GIVE ME SOLUATION

ask tthe society to give reasons in writing for not transferring flat in your name . complain to the Dy registrar cooperative societes

The fradulantly misused amount of the society by the seller of your flat has no relation with you and the demand of the society is totally illegal. You may serve a legal notice to the society followed with the complaint to the registrar.
