I belong to OBC category and recently issued a valid OBC certificate. So I want to avail reservation benefits under that but my transfer certificate says that I belong to general. It's because I didn't have issued a caste certificate then. Now the school is saying that the transfer certificate can't be issued again. What should I do now?

The general category cannot claim OBC status. Better contact the tahsidar of your jurisdiction if you belong to OBC category.

The school certificate is for the purpose of transfer. If you belong to OBC and already obtained the OBC certificate then what is your problem?

You belong to OBC and accordingly obtained OBC certificate. The school transfer certificate is not relevant here.

Yes, the remark in the TC is not of much relevance in the light of the OBC certificate issued by the competent authority.
