My 1st in-laws filed a case for guardians and wards act in Bangalore, karnataka.I want to transfer the case from Karnataka to Hyderabad, Andhra-pradesh.
1) How many days/months the Supreme court will take to transfer the case from Bangalore to Hyderabad ?
2) Alongwith this can I file for Interim Custody at Supreme
Court ?
