transfer of agri land

one of friends is buying an agri land. but the catch here is the previous purchased happened just 2 months back. whether such tranfer is advisable?

There is no legal bar to purchase the property/land even if the same was purchased only an hour before subsequent sale.

there is one more catch in it the cost of the previous deal is substantially low appx half the value of new deal.
will there be any legal implication later on.

Ordinarily consideration is not material in deciding legality of a transaction but if in the previous transaction the parties where so placed as to create an impression that UNDUE INFLUENCE OR COERCION played apart the subsequent sale espcially one so close to the previous one may open the transaction currently contemplated and the previous one to judicial scrutiny

first of all inspect the parent title deeds to satisfy that the vendor ha title since the purchase is recent. then apply for the encumbrace certificates and convince yourself. the recent purchase will not be a bar at all. with regard to considaration i concur with mr.vittal rao.
