Hello,
I have a client, mother of 5 month old baby who has filed maintenance case from her husband in B'lore and the husband has filed Divorce case in Mysore for harassing her.
Please advise me if I can get the Divorce case transferred to B'lore by filing Transfer application in High Court.
More details with regard to this matter would help me.

YES,You can file petition for transfer of case before Mysore High Court and will get prayed relief.

Yes you can file a transfer petition in High Court at Bangalore. You may also file a petition under Domestic Violence Act. It is more effective than sec.125 of CRPC.

File 125 Cr.P.C petition as well as DV Act application and about procedure for the transfer of the case, there are provisions for the same in both procedures--- and in your case, make an application to the Court for the same and the hardships are to be seen from the angle of the child and not from the angle of the spouses, please remember to mark this point in your application.

you've got every right to file transfer petition before b'lore high court and who says that it would be heard in supreme court? and I think if u can submit all the papers at the time of hearing in your concerned HC, you'll certainly get the relief.
