Transfer of disputed shares

Sir/Ma'am,

I have a Query.

There is a dispute in a private company, and a case is filed by a shareholder (A) for oppression and mismanagement , stating that his 13% stake is allegedly transferred by the management through fake signatures.

The case is pending with the court, mean while the shareholder (A) signs a deal with the third party (B), that if he wins the case, and gets the entitled shareholding, the will sell the same to B

Plz tell me the legality of the transaction, also if the third party pays the amount of shares in advance , can it further claim in case A wins the case, the rightful title to shares?
