Transfer of name

I lost my mother last year. We have a property registered in Kolkata in the name of my mother and father. Please guide me with process of removing her name and including my name along with my father's name in the property deed.

A Settlement Deed executed by your Father along with other legal heir's (if any) should solve the issue

For process of removing name of your mother from the property you will have to engage and consult a local lawyer with all relevant documents who can guide, advise and proceed properly including the option of getting a settlement deed executed in favour of your father, as advised by the experts.
