First you obtain legal heir certificate from Local Tehsildar.Since your Maternal Aunt passed away take Legal heir certificate and death certificate from The Hospital where she breathed her last or Registrar of Births and deaths of Municipal corporation or Municipality. This will pave the way for transfer of title and mutations in your name in revenue records. if you apply for them HAD YOUR FATHER MADE THE PURCHASE THROUGH A REGISTERED SALE DEED?

Apparently, she has lost her senses, when she cannot distinguish between the dead or alive person as well as between the sister of the querist and the maternal aunt.

Ms.Usha Kapoor has since modified her reply silently - ofcourse without acknowledging that she originally made a blunder!

She often changes stance, even if she states that she stick to her opinion. That is a unique quality of quacks.

Had you father made the purchase through a registered deed? If not, what is the stand of her legal heirs?
