Transfer of property by release deed

Dear Experts,
when the Self purchased property is transferred to son other than inheritance like given by the court decree and release deed.whether the said property becomes the self acquired property in hands of son?

not possible without any transfer. for holding father self earned property, and your consent.

Yes. Such self earned properties transfered by father to son is considered as the self earned property of the Son.
