transfer of proprietor ship business

I aunty have her own family (Son& Husband). But she wants to transfer her proprietor ship business to my name .I want to know what are the formalities she has to follow to do the same?

You can buy it or enter in partnership and she will retire thereafter.

She can do so by executing a deed of gift which unlike partnership does away with any future complications/disputes.
