Transfer of sec 9 case

Sir as posted earlier my brother marrigage in year 2007 from ghaziabad lived in his inlaws house from 2009 to 2011.wife refused to return filed sec 9 case at nainital in year 2011.wife filed sec 13 divorce case on ground that husband had left him in 2009.but my brother had documentary evidence that he was at ghaziabad till 2011.now girl had filed case at supreme court to transfer sec 9 case.sir i want to ask whether to appear in apex court or not as everyone is telling that case will defenatiely transfer.already apex court had given stay in proceeding without our hearing.

After receipt of notice he should contest the case.
If the court thinks that there is chance of out of court settlement then it may send both of them to mediation.

you should appear in supreme court . court would be inclined to transfer case on application made by wife

After appearing in the case, you brother may insist to transfer case to a middle place for both like Lucknow or Kanpur instead of Ghaziabad.
