Transfer of service bond

I am currently working under Ministry of Defence as a Group B Officer since last 5 years. i had signed a service bond for a period of 7 years which will expire on 12/02/2018. I have recently got an offer from Mumbai port Trust for the post of Asst. Traffic Manager(Gr-I). Is my service bond transferable for the balance period?

Have you applied through proper channel with the consent of Ministry of defense?

Refer the terms / clauses of the Bond.

i had applied with proper permission and at every stage obtained NOC. Mumbai Port Trust is not ready for transfer of bond. Ministry of defense has agreed for the bond transfer
