Transfer rights in the property

(Querist) 15 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
A property is in the name of a person, who is no more.
He has one son & two daughters.
All of them are married.
Now daughters are ready to transfer their rights in the property to their brother.
What is to be done to effect the registration in the name of aforesaid son?
Please advise.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 15 June 2013
First preferably a mutation order should be obtained in name of son and two daughters over the property of deceased by an application with affidavit and death certificate stating that the owner deceased died intestate whose only surviving legal heirs are the applicants, before authority
where property is registered.

Thereafter a registered relinquishment deed should be executed by two sisters in favor of their brother before subregistrar of area in whose jurisdiction property situate.
