Dear Sir/Madam
Please clearify that if Husband and wife are transferred from different place of posting to same place with in 60 days what are there claims the lump sum amount will be incurred to both or only one

Thanks for positive response
Sir if there is any reference, I earnestly request you to forward me because my office is not agreeing and they are saying show the rule and they are qouting the rules of same place transfer and not understanding the case

Dear Mr. Raghwendra,
You have to first submit your claims.
At least one claim either yours or your wife's would be passed and settled.
Thereafter the other person (wife or husband) whose claim has not been settled can take up the issue.
If they ask for rules, then quote the rules under which you are entitled for Transfer TA. It is for the department to come up with appropriate rulings to reject the claim.
When you are having persons with prejudiced minds in the administration, it will not be possible for you convince them. You have to have patience and approach the matter step by step.
The first step is for both of you to submit your respective claims and wait.

we are going through your advice only
1st we have submitted the claim seperately.
They have given the composite Transfer Grant to me only not to my wife qouting the rules which is not admissible here.
2nd we are giving the application on which ground they denied the claim.
