If trustee is required be terminated and another trustee is to be appointed, what should be the procedure for the same.

It is for Rajasthan based trust. Some one says it is just the resolution be passed and nothing to do other than this. I am not able to understand this, as when we register the trust. photo of ratina and trustee were taken by the department. But wehn we add some one nothing will be there with the department in this case.

Kindly resolve the same.

Any suggestion depend upon the law under which the trust is registered.

Full trust deed has to be referred in view of the trust act.
