Dear Experts,
Please help me out.I need to register a trust for welfare of stray animals.I have trust deed ready having five trustees and address of Gurgaon.
Now where should I take it and along with which documents and how much money in favor of whom to get the trust registered.
After that I will apply for Income Tax registrations for which I have full knowledge.
But pls help me out where to approach for trust registration in Gurgaon?? Further On, should i take along trust deed on stamp paper ot it will get done there only.

Consult the office of Registrar office situated in the office of Industries department. It is situated on mehrauli Road Gurgaon near palm Court opposite sector 14.

BUT I do not agree with Goyal.
Trust is registered in Haryana by Joint/Sub Registrar, the office of which is situated in Mini Secteriate Campus, near Rajeev Chowk, Gurgaon. A fee of only Rs. 53/- is required for the registration and trust-deed can be typed on a simple paper in duplicate. The founder of the trust and two witnesses are only required to be present at the time of the registration.
For drafting of deed, you may take help of any lawyer of your choice or even can contact Deed-writers situated within and around Court Campus.

You have to draft the Trust Deed and should register this in the Registrar office.
It need not be in a stamp paper.
You have to pay the registration fees.
Income tax registration can also be done, but, IT exemption will be granted after certain period.

What Mr. Goyal referred is Registrar of Firms and Societies but in Haryana, Trusts are registered by tehsildar having the power of Joint/Sub Registrar.

In Haryana, At every tehsil headquarter; the Tehsildar acts as Sub Registrar and the Naib Tehsildar as Joint Sub Registrar.
In some Thesils, however, the Punjab Government have appointed Sub Registrars exclusively for registration work.
The Sub Registrar and Join Sub Registrar of Tehsil Headquarters have concurrent powers of registration and have the same set of books and staff. At sub tehsil
headqurters, Joint Sub Registrars (Naib Tehsildars) are independent registering authorities.
