The school charging fees is "out of" charitable status, however, it may be managed by a trust.
It is a examination hall question paper or a real story?

What is your objection in the school charging fee as a trust running school is not clear. If as an Article CA, you could not apply your own mind, you could have asked for clarification from your Principal CA or the class instructor.

However, the difference is like a father and a son. Trust, a legal body, is a father, which created and is running the school and on the other, school, as its son.

School, if run by a trust does not mean that it should not charge fee from students to meet with the needed money for spending to maintain its regular running and continue to meet with the educational requirements of the students..

Dear Pavel your query is that the trust is running the school. First of all you should check the purpose of trust formation under which school is running whether charitable or general trust then ask the question. You will get your answer from the objects of trust itself.
