Two charge sheets for one case

(Querist) 25 December 2012 This query is : Resolved 
1) Is it possible to have two charge sheets for one case? This is regarding sex scandal where more than 100 people had sex with minor girl (16 years) at different time. Police has given two charge sheets to some accused who had sex with that girl two times. Also, 2) what could be the valid reason or the best way to save accused person in this case?

Each occasion of repeated crime is a seperate crime and seperate chargesheet can be filed
