Why have to left to ask most important question viz. under which law can you get declared as winner in BMC election held in Feb 2012?

You have no case in your favour and this is no ground to challenge the election of winner candidate merely on the ground that he has two names in the voter list.

If his name shown by election commission finds place in the voter list then you have nothing to agitate against him before court of law. No citation is avaialble in your faavour.
