Typo error in sale deed

Get the rectification deed executed by the builder in favour of original seller and then you can buy that from the original seller.

no problem with part agreement. at the time of original sale you mention the correct measurements. but before that rectification deed should have been registered.

Thanks.sir.. But already i requested them and they did one rectification in index ii. Now again to convince them for this is a big task and calling builder again i don't think he will again agree. Any other alternate remedy.

Approach the Court with the help of Local Good Lawyer.Refer Sec 26 of Specific Relief Act 1963
