Lawyer needed who is well versed (and updated with latest rulings) in U.P. Rent Control Act, T.P. Act and general civil matters.
I would file no less than 100 cases in Bulandshahr court. First step would involve notices u/s 106 etc. followed by institution of suites.
Since I do not live in Bulandshahr I would be available in the courts ‘only’ when matters reach evidence / final arguments stage and not during regular hearings.
He could be ‘from anywhere (areas nearby Bulandshahr/NCR)’ who can prepare cases & represent me in Bulandshahr session court.
Please contact ONLY if you have a clear concept about U.P. Rent Control Act/ Leases / Agriculture Leases / “Lease in Perpetuity” (Permanent Lease), Forfeiture & Determination of Lease.
