I have taken loan from City bank-from Jalandhar Branch .My residence also at same city .I gave the cheque for installment but they present at Amritsar and it had been bounced. they put the petition on me at Amritsar court .can the case transfer at Jalandhar court .

Yes, Amritsar court has n0 jurisdiction. File petition in the high court for transfer.
