Dear Sir, I had bank loan and credit outstanding in UAE. But last year when I was traveling to UAE. I got arrested under criminal law for non-payment of dues. But Court gave AED 2000 fine and let me go. now Some people are calling me and threatening me saying that I 've Interpol notice for a Non-bailable warrant. They are saying Dubai bank filed a Civil case against me in UAE. What can I do, please suggest

What a joke, as if Interpol is assigned with recovery of banks that too in civil cases, as if they don't have any job now about serious crimes, possible threats, prison escapes, and criminals.
Apparently, yours is a purely an academic query.
Your story is quite unbelievable. If there is even a slightest truth in your story you may check at the website of Interpol if you are in their wanted list.

There are publications suggesting that defaulter can be arrested at airport of the country if lender has filed police complaint……….
You have posted that:
“They are saying Dubai bank filed a Civil case against me in UAE”
Contest thru a very able local lawyer well versed with local laws or pay the debt, penalties (if any) and stay away from punishment (if any).
