Sir
A(FATHER) was executed will on non judicial stamp paper, he has two sons in that second son doing obstruction to registered will. Now the FATHER looking opportunity to registered the WILL at REGISTERED OFFICE. By filing Civil Suit. What is procedure to draft plaint and and what was the Court Fee has to be paid for Suit

If the father can file a suit then how could he not register the Will?
An unbelievable story and frivolous suit in the making.

A suit is not necessary for registration of Will. It can be registered with the Sub-Registrar office.

The said father can contact with Sub-Registrar Office for registration of the said WILL,no need to go the Court.Registration of a WILL is not compulsory it is optional.

Be it known to you as father and owner of property you can testate in any manner and register too,your son can not create any interference of any kind.If he does not stop remind him of his criminal conduct report SP police for help.On paying fees even registrar shall come on your door to register the will. There is no need of any kind nor does any suit shall lie.
