(Querist) 04 September 2013 This query is : Resolved

Dear Dhingra Sir,

kindly note that, Income tax department has system in their site that, in first time registeration in their site, the system of income tax is sending the link activation mail to click by assessee so that your login will be started for transaction.
But in further time, changing of password has a system to provide required information and if you provide the required information then, system will allow you to cahnge the password in spot and only the site of income will send information to the registered mail of you that password is changed by this transaction no.-- and if you did not change then contact with the toll free no.

Sir, I actually explained the approach as aforesaid . by this way, i seem that wife side has all information about me or she may theft all information from my diary and now she approached in my login by breakin my password and uploaded all the finacial data from my login.
This is truely a cyber crime to theft data from the personal login.

kindly advise that, i can lodge complaint mentioning the transaction code by which password is changed and taken all my data.

the cyber crime department can easily trace out the person from where and what computer that password is changed.

please suggest.
