dear Sir,
frnd file a case on wife on conjugal rights in last year,
the case in crossing stage,now the girl filed a case under dowry,
in the mediation & counsling she not told anything about dowry & same thing she as given in writeing ,she is not intrested in going to husband house.but after two year she as file a complaint u/s 498,
if the husband win the case in conjugal right,
how to do
1,can husaband seek divorse on flase complint file u/s 498.
2.should husband give maintance for wife ,even thow she as file 498.
3.what will be the impact on the judgement given by family court on conjugal right

with draw RCR case and file for divorce . your wife does not want to stay with you . no sense in continuing RCR case .
if complaint under 498A case is proved to be false it is ground for divorce .

comply with court orders as to maintenance

RCR IS TOTALLY USELESS, EXCEPT IT CREATE GRD FOR DIVORCE.

So withdraw RCR
