Dear Sir,

I am working as Sr. Executive (HR) in reputed company. I have given certificate to my employee that he was present on dt 2/March / 2010, as per Site office Attendance Register record which is genuine. Now the summons for witness has come to me, under section 304 B, 34 IPC. Now I am worried Is there any bad implication upon me also regarding this case or normal court case procedure.

This is normal procedure to depose in court on what you have stated earlier.

normal court procedure . if site attendance register is genuine and accused was present on site you have nothing to be worried about
