Respected Sir's
Myself srikanth writing this from Tamilnadu:-
I bring my query to your kind notice is about sub-division of agriculture land.
We have a land with 3 owners.(family joint property)
According to our internal agreement the property will be divided in the ratio of 50% & 25% each. Till now the extent and boundary's of land not yet divisioned.
One of the owner is enjoying from the land by cultivation for the past 5 years and not giving others share. also not interested in sub-division of land.
In this regard I seek your valuable advise on the following:-
1. How to Prevent the usage of 1 owner
2. In what way we could go for sub-division

File a suit for partition to claim your share and for injunction to restrain him from further cultivation.
