New University or to declare existing Institute as Private University .
For declaration of Existing Institute as Private University ,the formalities and requirements are several matters , land property, buildings ,funds , resources, Faculty members ,Number of Faculties , number of Students ,the experience of the management and reputation & name of the Institute, since how many years the Institute is running , and other connected matter .
The Declaration as private University will be made under the Act
with regards !
