University has asked me to notify about my false plagiarism affidavit

Respected Experts,
please advise me how should i notify the university regarding to the following notice-
university has send me a notice as-
Dear candidate,this is in reference to your thesis submitted for the partial fulfillment of the award of the degree of M.Tech in computer science from Uttar Pradesh Tech. University. university has checked plagiarism and found 35% originality of research work without reference. student has to notify why university should not take administrative action, when affidevit of plagiarism was deposited by the student.this percentage should be above 80% which is required to send the thesis for evaluation. necessary changes have to be made by the candidate for his/her report.
this plagiarism is an online software which check for the duplicate contents if copied from somewhere. my guide told me that the work is orignal and i didn't checked it on plagiarism software but i have deposited an affidavit that it was thoroughly checked. i am innocent and had no idea about this notice of university because i did this work first time.
please advise me what should i write in my notice to university.

Which plagiarism detection software was used by you or your guide?
Also, has the university provided you the details of the plagiarised parts of your thesis?
If not provided, you may simply write to the university that due to revision of the text there can be possibility that some source references might have missed to be included through an oversight, which you are ready to recheck and provide now. But, also request the university to provide the instances of plagiarism to be rechecked and rectified by you. Otherwise, you will have to throughly check the thesis as a whole right from the beginning to the end and provide source references afresh.
However, if you do not know the rules of plagiarism and its removal, you may better hire services of some specialist to take his help to remove modify your thesis. Guides usually do not have time to devote and give justice to the writings of the students on every revision in view of number of students placed under his supervision.
